What pricing option to choose for plugin license

Hello

After Confluence upgrade in test environmnet from 3.5.7 - 5.5, some of the plugins are started to be commercial and now I need to estimate cost for each plugin ( several of them ). For example former Table Plugin , now Advanced Tables for Confluence has Pricing for 10user,25users, 100, 500, 2000, etc ...

Since our Confluence has commercial licesne for 2000 users, does it mean that I need to choose pricing option for certain plugin for 2000 users, as well ?

Or, first I need to determine number of users that will use certain plugin and then I should proceed with purchase. Any hint or suggest is welcome. Thank you.

I found in Pricing FAQ following for 'Advanced Tables for Confluence' :

How do I determine my pricing tier?

Choose the same user tier you pay for in the Atlassian host application. For example, if you have a JIRA Server license for 25 users, you should purchase this tier.

Even if fewer users want to use the add-on than your host application license, the two licenses should match exactly.
