I've seen a couple 3rd party add-ons I'm interested in, but when I go to buy them I get the following message:

To purchase <add-on name> for Confluence for this license please contact us.

I'm not ready to buy, I'm just curious what some of these cost, which results in this message.  What is the process for buying add-ons for community licenses?  Are they discounted?
