What is the best location for software across all teams?

I work with two IT teams, Development and Operations. Each team has its own space. Is it better to set up a software parent page in each space to separate software and applications by team or is it a better alternative to display both teams' software and applications in one space?

1.  What space structure has worked best for you regarding software and applications? An example of a left navigation pane would be helpful to understanding your spaces.

2.  Do you separate software from applications in a space or do your applications have their own spaces?

my suggestion is to use separated spaces and use space link to facilitate users to navigate accross different linked spaces.
