What could prevent icons left from the profile picture showing?

The prospect is using a demo environment and use IE9. Icons like notifications box, settings and ? are not shown. Confluence version is 5.3.

They have very high security restrictions in their network, could that be the cause? What should be done to overcome the problem?

Hi Olli,

I have seen things like proxies cause these kind of problems, where certain icons and/or content are not served properly, so I would recommend that you try bypassing the proxies, (for testing purposes), and see whether this resolves the issue or not.
