Many thanks for your answer.

But the brand names are included in the continuous text as well as in links or tables. means it would be a lot of work to separate the parts. 

While doing further research we found another solution using HTML marco which we might consider.

Replace every occurrence of the brand name with 2 span tags using (class=brand1 and class=brand2) and before exporting to pdf add the following to the export style css:

.brand1 {  
display: none;  
}

The same can be done to the space style, in order to hide one brand on the regular wiki page

I think your best bet is to build pages for text blocks, then create pages for each brand and use Include Page macros to build the pages around the specific brand info.

This way you only have to update the text block pages and all the brand pages will update automatically.
