Based on the comments that you replied, you should be reengineering your wiki markup and take advantage of Confluence's Blueprint functionality which is essentially a way to template pages.

We had been using this code in old versions of the Wiki. When updates would be applied the code would not function as it had in the past so we would modify the Markup code to make it work in the new versions. When we create Wiki spaces for various groups within our company we use this code to make the Wiki spaces look the same and perform for the users the same. But we have to add this code in multiple places which makes creating the Wiki spaces very time consuming (and boring).

We are looking to have a template users of the Wiki can use which is the same for all users; a template. It would be good to create these Wiki spaces appropriately with the new versions of the Wiki product, making the Wiki spaces as you have designed the product to be used.

Any assistance with this would be very helpful. Thank you for your interest!  Is there a way I can attach a document showing you the Markup code we use?  I will add some of the code in another response.
