Watch Share $soyTemplateRendererHelper.getRenderedTemplateHtml("com.atlassian.auiplugin:aui-experimental-soy-templates", "aui.page.header.soy", $templateParameters) when I restart Server, It's happen everytime. 

I try update db and delete plugin directory but not working.

Only reinstall program can resolve the problem. 

How can I fix it without reinstall?

Hey Shyu,

By any chances you are running Confluence on a linux environment using root as the owner of Confluence install and HOME directories?

If that's the case the please shutdown Confluence, delete the cache directories and change the ownership of Confluence INSTALL directories to be owned by the same account that runs confluence service (if you also run confluence as root, then create a specific account for that purpose).

If that still fails or is not the case then let us know which Confluence version you are and which OS.
