Hi @shriram 

I see you are using Atlassian cloud and if this is the case and they are under the same base domain, then they should already be connected.

You can confirm this by checking the application links page.

• Press the gear wheel and select Manage products
• Select Application links.

This will list applications already connected. If confluence isn’t listed , use the guide from @Soumyadeep Mandal - SaM  to create an application link.
