Thank you for your reply.

Because I would like to upload attachment and generate a website link of the attachment for html macro use? We tried and found we can generate a website link as same as http://10.10.10.207/download/attachments/45613069/20151011.xlsx?version=1&modificationDate=1446037915108 , but we can not use the address for html macro use. Because we want to use iframe tag for html macro use such as
<iframe src="http://10.10.10.207/download/attachments/45613069/20151011.xlsx?version=1&modificationDate=1446037915108">
But when we add the code at the html macro, when user open the page content, it will download the file. But we want to show the attachment content by browser.
Thank you.

Confluence has attachments on pages.

iFrames are for pulling entire web pages from other sites, they have nothing to do with attachments if you use them in Confluence.

>How can user upload file by user ?

That doesn't make sense.  "How can user upload file" is clumsy but clear (A user can upload a file as an attachment), but the "by user" on the end of it makes it nonsense.  I don't know what you're actually asking for here.
