Visualize user statistics in Confluence as a custom plugin developed in java

Sandro Hörler July 5, 2017

Hi there,

i need to create a custom plugin which is displaying serveral user statistics based on confluence database. It should be developed in java as a confluence-plugin.

I would like to return the statistic content as html/svg and display that as a plugin on any page desired. So where can i define in java how the returned html-content should be threated as html-macro in confluence? Or is there any better approach to achieve my goal?

thanks in advice

Are you open to using a third party plugin or ready made tool? There are a lot of options on this page: How do I get more statistics from Confluence?

I am not a developer so I cannot help develop a custom plugin, but I wanted to reply because your question has been here a few days and I would like to help if possible.

No unfortunately not, we need to develop the plugin by ourself.

But thank you for your answer ann
