Variables in links in custom templates

I have just updated my confluence server from 2.10.3 to 5.5.4. Yeah it was time. So after hours of that process I am now in the process of trying to make new templates for all the things I used to have templates for. One of the things I was doing in the old version was using variables to define links in the the newly created page. In fact the only thing I was using the variables for. This was so I could have daily log pages that had links to yesterday and tomorrow and other similar useful links.

This is not working for me can anyone help?

Pece and joy,

Lois Bennett

I think you would have to do this with a blueprint rather than just a template.
