Using system setting

I have one suggestion regarding the article for configuring proxies.

Quite often it is more convenient to use the system settings, particularly if these tend to be changed by the administrator. For completion, I would suggest to add the following option as an alternative.

-Djava.net.useSystemProxies=true

I think it would make the article more complete and help others

That's a good point, I'd recommend raising it with Atlassian at support.atlassian.com
