Very odd case, indeed. When you say "Jira All Access" can you let me know what you mean by that? Are you referring to Atlassian Access?
I noticed you created a ticket with our support team, and my colleague Nágila is helping you with your case. I just want to get the right notes on this side as well, because it can help other users that are having the same problem.
Please feel free to elaborate on which feature you added, and the resolution of the issue once you're able to sort it out with Nágila. I'm interested to see what might be causing this.
