Users permissions and activity history lost

Hello,

    We are trying to change Confluence User's login method from Workday ID to EmailId(UPN) . We have done this by creating a new directory in Crowd with username as EmailId. We have put the new directory in place for Confluence and synced it. Users were able to login with their EmailId but they lost their Space permissions and activity history now.

 We are trying to locate the users content (with previous user record with workdayId login) in CONTENT table on Confluence Database but couldn't find any.  please suggest !
