My colleagues are unable to see newly created confluence space even after i granted them access to the space. Is there anyway I can troubleshoot this or request for some help?

Space permission are enabled to groups / individual users
does your collogues are in space level , which have permissions on the group.

Hi @KAGITHALA BABU ANVESH thank you for your response! Yes, I've already set the space to no restrictions but my colleagues are still unable to search/see the space that I've created. And when I try to check space tools > permissions > edit permissions I receive this message (refer to ss) and am unable to proceed :(
