Users are not able to see the JIRA filter results in Confluence

Users can see the results in JIRA without any issues, but when the filter was added in was not working. This was working fine before and now it is not. I am not sure what could the issue.

In Confluence users are getting error -

Did you ever resolve this issue? I'm hitting JIRA Issues Macro: JIRA project does not exist or you do not have permission to view it. I cannot duplicate with my test users, but my real users can not see the filter.
