User statistics is not available in Cloud - are there any workarounds?

When I click on any user, I see 

Last session: Not available
Created date: Not available

Former it was possible to see last login date of user and there was a link to resend invitation if invitation was not responded for long time.

Do you have any idea why this could not work for our installation?

Or are there any other ways to get this information: Last Login Date, Creation Date

Same issue. Appears to be a known issue ID-6281. Interestingly enough, it was opened in February but being recently updated. 

Not resolved, but I will mark this as solution. Thanks!

yep...the one time I need it and it isn't working LOL. Hope they fix soon.
