User profile plugin issue

User profile plugin does not display the org chart.

It is stuck on calculating org chart.

The issue was handled within our support.

Please check if these points are matched:

• Is the most recent version of the User Profile Plugin installed? If not, which version do you use?
• Which version of Confluence do you use? Is it compatible to your User Profile Plugin version?
• Is there a profile field of tyope "User"?
• Is the org chart configuration set to this field?

If these conditions are complied, we recommend the following strategy:

• manually start the job for OrgCharts (section Administration - Scheduled Tasks)
• check, if the chart is displayed correct

If the problem continues, we need your log file of the application to analyze your problem. Please provide the Confluence log file, following these instructions: https://support.communardo.de/x/N4GhAQ .

Is hard to point what's happening without the logs.

I suggest you to search on the logs something related to the chart and post it here. Also you can create a support ticket so we can further investigate this.
