Is it possible to view or retrieve statistics of user logons to Confluence?

Mostly no in OnDemand. In hosted variants, access logs could be scanned.

Thanks for the comment. I seem to remember there was somewhere in the User Management under Jira Admin that showed at least when last a user logged on, but now User Management has been moved out of Jira Admin, this is gone.
