We use Okta to provision users with Confluence access and has worked in the past and continues to work.
One of our new hires was created, but, when they try to access a page says they can't see that page. I figured it was permissions and went to add them to the page they needed, but when i searched their name, it says no user exists.
I went to the admin page and looked up users and, sure enough, found the user, and it says active.
So the account is alive, they can't see anything, even the home page, and you can't find them if you try and manually add to a page.
Any one has seen this or know what's wrong?
