User has moved from one AD domain to another but Confluence has not changed

We have two different AD domains. Both sync correctly with Confluence. Recently a person got removed from one domain (in AD) and created in the other domain (in AD). Confluence AD sync has not picked up this change i.e. it still thinks the user is in the original AD domain. As a result the user can no longer login to Confluence.

To avoid this, I suggest yout o change the order of the User Directories. Try to set the AD where the user currently is, to the top of the list. After this synchronize again;
