User Admin with edit permissions cannot edit any page on Spaces

Hello,

The Admin user who has the appropriate rights to edit and add to pages cannot edit the page and receives the following pop up error message:

What do the permissions say if you click the lock icon?  Is this a space admin or a confluence admin account?

Thanks for the reply.

The user is the support and it belongs to confluence-administrators 

I checked also the debug console and this error mesage when press the update button:

Error: Unsupported Method
