Use percentage for Confluence font size?

Deleted user April 2, 2013

I've heard its better to use something like "100%" for font sizes these days rather than pts or pixels. I think it helps keep an ideal size for all the different formats - mobile, retina displays, etc.

Has this been considered? Is it possible to use percentage for confluence font sizes? Or is there another solution confluence has to address use-cases of optimal viewing for mobile, retina displays, etc... ?

Hi Steven,

Yes I agree with you. I tried to find if there's already an improvement request already open for this case, but we don't have. So I took the liberty to raise an improvement request for you, as you can see here:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-28762

I would strongly suggest that you vote on this improvement request to increase its popularity and add it to your watchlist for future updates.

Cheers,

WZ
