Use CSS to increase space below heading and next line of text

Currently have h2. styled with this CSS

I would like to create more space under the border-bottom before the next line of text

You could try

margin-bottom: 10px;

Actually, 10 is not much, probably need 20 or 30 to make a significant difference.
