Hi, we migrated to the cloud version and we had before a form with an upload field, we read the documentation and says:
It is important to understand that Confluence requires a user to have EDIT permissions on the page to allow uploading attachments. For ConfiForms this means that you need to open the page to anyone if you want to accept file uploads in your form, which is really not good and does not feel safe. As users will become form administrators as well. Which is rarely wanted
We really gave all grants without restrictions to the page where the form is and in the configuration of confluence we also setup the configuration to allow standards user to upload and delete attachments:
but until now nothing works only for administrators.
We also tried upload secure attachment by pass and gave to the user admin rights on the form, doesnt works either, we get the error:
We also checked an uploads are supported in the cloud version.
The store type on the form is "Confiforms"
We think this is a bug on the cloud version cause the server version everything worked perfectly.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Hallo @Alex Medved _ConfiForms_ , thank you your the feedback
I have edit permissions, in fact there is no restrictions :
I tried with bypass, also not success.
I changed also storage type to Default and Atlassian and cannot upload the file.
It is not about the storage type, it is about permissions on the page where the ConfiForms Form Definition macro is
Could you upload a file on that page when doing it using a simple drag and drop on the page?

Do you have "edit" permissions on the page or have you set ConfiForms (form) to bypass this and use app user to try to upload the file?
Alex
