Upgrading confluence 5.8.17 to 5.9.1 broken my instance

Hello,

I have upgraded my confluence from 5.8.17 to 5.9.1 and after restart, my instance is broken

I receive this message:

Error rendering WebPanel (com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.confluence-dashboard:dashboard-server-side-soy/DashboardTemplates.App.serverSideLayout): Could not find custom mapper jackson2soy for class class com.atlassian.confluence.api.model.web.WebItemView

Also, plugins page is not anymore available, confluence return: page not found.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Xarkam,

It looks like the webpanel plugin is broken. I'd advise you take a look at and follow the resolution steps on the following articles:

After Upgrading Confluence, Plugins No Longer Function Correctly or Throw Errors

Error rendering WebPanel
