Upgrade Confluence from 5.2.3 to 5.3 fails.

I have attempted to confluence two times now and each one has failed and I cannot find a reason why. I would like help getting it up and running as it is currently down and NOT have to spend an hour rolling back again.

Have you created a ticket on support.atlassian.com? We can proceed invesitgation there.
