The attachment you are refering to is not visible.
However, the report-table macro appears to be part of the following plugin:
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/net.customware.confluence.plugin.reporting

Please check this plugin under manage plugins on your instance in order to see if this module has been enabled or not (or maybe the whole plugin has been disabled)
