Universal Plugin Manager not working for 7.15 confluence for Server

Deleted user January 19, 2022

We recently updated our on premise confluence to 7.15 and the Universal Plugin Manager broke.

 

Whenever I try to update a plugin it states "problem accessing the file for xx" application.

 

I have tried manually installing universal plugin manager already and it did not work.

Have you tried manually installing and earlier version from the jar/obr file?
