Unable to view Calendar in Firefox and IE.

Siva Teja Gottumukkala March 13, 2015

We have Imported a Google Calendar (Addon).

Its working fine with Chrome and not displaying anything in IE 9+ and Firefox 36 + versions.

Please some one help me why it's behaving like this.

By not displaying anything you mean not showing any events or the entire calendar?

Can you send us screenshots of the same calendar in Chrome and FF?

Lastly, a quick test you can do is to uninstall firefox and reinstall it, during the setup choose to import settings from Chrome. If the issue is gone means is some browser setting, else then we need to r evaluate what we can do.

Hope it helps.

Importing from Chrome did not work. WE started to experience this issue when we upgraded from Confluence v5.5.2 to v5.6.5. This is causing headache unfortunately. The supported platforms clearly stated that both updated versions of IE and Firefox are supported.

Do you mind sending us a screenshot? Sometimes we can see some details on the UI that will help to understand what could be causing this. Send a screenshot on Chrome and Firefox of the same calendar :).
