Unable to update pages

One of our users has a problem updating an existing confluence page even though she had rights to do it.  It's very strange as when I see the version history of the change, I can see her update has been logged, but the changes has not come through.  Just wondering if anyone has similar issues with this?  I have even tried given her admin access to the page, but still no success.

  • Did you try to have the user use a different browser? See if she will have the same issue
  • Did you also ask her to try from a different computer?

Thanks Fadoua, she changed her browser to Chrome from Microsoft Edge and the page got updated.
