hi team,
our only group admin/manager unable to receive the verification email, even tried resend, also not found in junk mail;
other group members has no on that, so, without the admin, we cant grant access, and we cant get the work done;
please help

This can happen if a certain email address has been surpressed. You can check the Project email audit option when you navigate to the project settings.
Other than that, that email may have been supressed by Atlassian in order to avoid spam. To tackle this you would need to open a support ticket for them.

it seen like not friendly enough for me to raise the ticket;
as i mentioned, the site admin is the one unable to get the verified email to proceed the login, and yet the support asking site admin to file a request?
