Unable to raise troubleshooeting ticket to atlassian support.

url is not accepting it.

I think it would be better if you could provide a screenshot so we could get a better understanding of the issue you currently experiencing. What is the url that you tried to input? Might want to censor the URL for example:

  • https://<censored>.atlassian.net/

Just to better understand the issue, are you trying to create ticket through https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/?

Hi, yes i am trying raise ticket with above link for Confluence Troubleshooting/bugs.

What is your URL?

this url is not taking https://....com site. Please suggest.

@Neelamegam Subramanian Your Atlassian cloud site should have a URL of the form:

https://<your company designator>.atlassian.net

Your site should not be a .com url. 

If you have a Data Center or Server instance, you may have another type of url. I'm not sure if there's something different about contacting support for Data Center (support for Server ended in February 2024).
