Unable to log in

Hello,

When any user tries to log in, it gives the following error message:
"Sorry, an error occurred trying to log you in. Please try again."

Checking the log, there is the following:
"The following URL does not specify a valid Crowd User Management REST service ..."

Which is weird, though, because no one updated, changed user info or something similar. It has just stopped working.

I'm using the self-hosted confluence 5.9.2.

Can anyone give me some light, please?

We've fixed it yesterday by restarting the database service

hello, mine says operation is too slow. difficulty reaching the datrabase.

A few things to take a look at:

  • New firewall blocks (in case they are controlled by another team in your company)
  • Expired SSL certificates (in case you use https)

Just to let you know, we've fixed it yesterday by restarting the database service (yes, I know, but nobody thought on doing that in days).
