Unable to link confluence with Jira

Eric Myers January 23, 2013

Any attempt we make to link with Jira gives us an error, which then continuously errored and brought down Jira.

We are really intreested in using this product as we already have a pilot program (10 users) for Jira, Bonfire, Greenhopper and Stash.

We are hoping to expand this to include confluence and crucible.

When we try add the directory it doesn't allow it saying that the certificate response was invalid. Then we tried adding it to linked applications

in confluence and when we clicked the next button after entering the name it went gray and did nothing, no wait indicator ... nothin.

We had already added the confluence application as a trusted application on the Jira side.

Hi Eric,

Looks like you're talking about the user directory between Confluence and JIRA. I would strongly encourage you to raise a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com so that we could further investigate and discuss regarding this issue and we will reply to you timely based on our SLA.

All the best
