Unable to integrate customized groups form customized OUs in Windows AD with Confluence

Hi Team,

We have purchased Confluence license and configured on premise server. Now we are facing some issues while integrating customized groups form customized OUs in Windows AD with Confluence.

PLease help us to resolve this issue ASAP.
