Unable to give access to Anonymous users to Access a space in Confluence

Kim Hoang March 26, 2018

Hi all,

Anyone know why i can't give access to Anonymous users to Access a single space in Confluence?

I check this guideline https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/global-permissions-overview-724765488.html

But my atlassian.net/wiki/admin/permissions/globalpermissions.action said as following:

Hi Kim,

Can you let me know what the issue is when you try to provide access to anonymous users? On the page you sent a screenshot of, there should be an Edit Permissions option on the page in order to change the permissions.

Have a look at this article as well for further information on providing access to only certain spaces to anonymous users:

Regards,

Shannon

Hi Shannon,

Thank you for your quick reply.

I checked your link and solved it now by 3 steps:

1. open the space settings > permissions

2. Open the Global permission page

3. Edit permission and give Anonymous access.

Regards

Kim
