Unable to find the existing Layouts

There were some 6 layouts under Availabe Default layouts. Are all missing now.

But when I tried to create a new Layout with the same name it shows the Layout already exist.

How can I make the existing layouts visible?

And on Theme Builder >> Backup I am getting an error as below:

A system error has occurred — our apologies!

Cause

javax.servlet.ServletException: Servlet execution threw an exception

Per the description and screen-shots it seems that you're using the Builder Theme from Adaptavist and this kind of error it seems related with a behaviour(unexpected) of the plugin and not from Confluence, so if this is the case here then I would suggest you to make a contact with them by the following:

Contacting the provider of the plugin would be the best way to obtain an efective help to solve the problem in this kind of situation and as it is an error that can be affecting the application itself, hope this helps.
