We have Confluence 4.3 running in CentOS 5.4 with java “jre1.6.0_33”. We have issues with “Team Calendars” plugin.
Plugin “Team calendar” for our confluence 4.3 is disabled. We are unable to enable the plugin. Our license was expired. We updated the new license 2 days ago.
When tried to enable it we got the following error
“This plugin failed to enable. Your license may be invalid. Please refer to the logs for more information.
But our license is valid till Sep 11, 2013
The plugin details are given below.
From Dashboard > Administration > Plugin Manager We can see the following error when selected the plugin Team Calendar:
“Calendar Resource
RESTful calendaring services
Error: Support for this module is not currently installed.”
From confluence log we got we can see
“2012-09-12 06:45:30,352 ERROR main plugin.osgi.factory.OsgiPlugin enableInternal Detected an error (BundleException) enabling the plugin 'com.atlassian.confluence.extra.team-calendars' : Unresolved constraint in bundle com.atlassian.confluence.extra.team-calendars 119 : Unable to resolve 119.0: missing requirement 119.0 package; (&(package=com.atlassian.confluence.upgrade.security)(version>=3.5.0)). From the error it looks like Confluence is complaining about compatibility issue and it appears that you have quite an old version of Team Calendars Plugin installed in the latest Confluence 4.3. Here is what I'd suggest you to do:
Hi, what version of Team Calendars do you have? It looks like it's too old. It says plugin version 1.7.1. Please get the latest version supported by Confluence 4.3, which is 2.4.4.
You can download it manually from https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.confluence.extra.team-calendars and upload it to replace the old one.
