Unable to create a user macro that creates a page from a template

Hi,

I'm trying to build a user macro that will create a page from a template. I have tried doing this using the link-page, create-page, and create-from-template macros and I am unable to get it to work. It doesn't find the template. I'm using xhtml as the output.
