Unable to create a static page for publication of a new version

each time we are trying to create a page for a new version of one project we get the message in french " Nous ne pouvons créer ce modèle en ce moment" .

We try with the option advanced and it worked but the static version doesn't work.

It feels like this could be a permissions problem between the account in Jira and the account in the application link to Confluence.

It might help if you can recreate this problem once more, and then go into the log files for Confluence to see if a more detailed error is logged when this happens.  You should be able to find these logs in the <confluence-home>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log

You could also try to look at Jira's log when this happens, but it might not have sufficient information to see more detail about why this page is not being created in Confluence.

Thanks for the clue. I didn't find anything. Beside, I did the same option but choose the graph instead, and it is working fine. So the connection to JIRA is working, only the static Journal for a specefic version or all version are not working. Anyother idea ?

Could you let us know more about this problem?  Such as what version of Jira are you using?  And what version of Confluence?  Also it might help us to better understand this issue if perhaps you can create a screenshot of this problem that might help explain and highlight the problem here.
