Unable to add users while Editing a page

Hi Team,

I recently upgraded Confluence (DC) from 6.14.1 to 7.4.5. All basic features appear to work fine. However, there appears to be an issue with Collaborative Editing. I am unable to add users while Editing a page to invite them to collaborate. 

I hope the screenshot attached helps in understanding the issue further.

Have any of you run into this issue? I do not observe any errors in the logs either. 

I have already opened a support ticket with Atlassian. If any of you have run into a similar situation, please share your insights.

I hope you are well.

This seems like an SMTP server isn't configured for outgoing mails in the upgraded Confluence instance.

If that's not the case, then support you definitely help since you already have a ticket opened with them.

Thank you @Thiago Masutti. It was indeed the SMTP server that was not configured as it was a Test instance.
