Unable to access Confluence 6.0.6 at http://10.0.16.98:8090

Hi,

I just installed confluence trial version for capturing my system requriements in confluence and check certain capabalities needed for our usage. But I am unable to access Confluence 6.0.6 at http://10.0.16.98:8090 in my IE browser to begin the setup process eventhough confluence service is up and running as below.

I downloaded atlassian-confluence-6.0.6-x64.bin / 64 Bit linux OS and installed in 10.0.16.98 VM IP as below::

  • chmod a+x atlassian-confluence-6.0.6-x64.bin

[root@localhost home]# sudo ./atlassian-confluence-6.0.6-x64.bin

Have you looked at the log files? I would recommend starting there looking for an error. Check out this doc for finding the log files for your version of Confluence: https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf60/working-with-confluence-logs-852732462.html

Port configured was not exposed to outside access, it's resolved now. Thanks.
