I'm running into an issue getting a verification email on my work account. That email ends in [at]usa.childcareaware.org. I saw prior posts where folks wound up on a suppression list, which may be the case for me (when my account was enabled it was temporarily unable to receive things from external senders, but this has since been resolved). An assist would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to dig into this further. I did find a few users on that domain have had delay messages as SMTP responses recently. Two different messages have been the response of that mail server
451 4.3.2 Temporary server error. Please try again later ATTR1 [MWH0EPF000A6731.namprd04.prod.outlook.com 2024-12-09T18:19:29.674Z 08DD11664709E22D]
and
450 4.4.1 [internal] Connection Timed Out
But these are only delay responses. I believe that our system will have retried to deliver these messages a short time later. If users are still not receiving these verification, please try to re-send them. In this case, the users are not being suppressed by our side, but there do appear to have been problems with our system reaching some of these users addresses recently.
