Unable to Mention Users in Any Space except for a blank White Page

One of our Users experiences a bug which doesnt let them @ people, everytime she tries to @ someone it shows the POP-UP for a second then it (the @) deletes itself.. we have tried many fixes like Relogging, clearing cache, clearing cookies, Disabling Autocomplete.. and we cant seem to find a fix for it. This only happens in Pages or Spaces with text in them, if she creates a new page where theres nothing written in, it works like normal

It was a problem with a Browser extension the User had, it kept blocking the User from mentioning

One question, does that user have permissions to mention other users?

Yes, we also checked the roles.. theres no problem with them either.. she has every permission that is needed so she could tag people

I see, have you checked if there are some restrictions that were applied to her that is preventing her from mentioning?

Sorry for the late reply... no there arent any the issue came out of no where..
