Unable to Configure Lucidchart Plugin

When Configuring Confluence, I click on the Configure Lucidchart Plugin option and I get valid Request while I see a Loading plugin Lucidchart sort of status icon moving at the bottom of the screen.

Then it changes to Plugin Lucidchart is not responding. How do I enable this functionality?

As the Lucidchart is a third-party plugin, I would suggest you to make a contact with the Lucidchart to obtain a better assistance, if the plugin is not responding after be enabled then would be a good idea to require a help from them. You can contact the Lucidchart by the following:
