.URL attachments appearing in pages

Hi,

We've recently updated our Confluence to 7.13.2 and think this has occurred since then. We're seeing on some pages that under attachements, a .URL file appears, with a link to the page, with the same name of the page.

Does anyone know how or why this occurs? I've had a couple of tests but can't see why/how this occurring!
