Both my Jira and Confluence instance shows "no installed apps" when checking app compatibility with any version from the dropdown. FYI are on recent LTS releases (9.4.12, 8.5.3)
I believe this was caused by turning on safe mode on both products (in some cases it took 16 minutes to switch on/off).
Obviously I have apps installed, how can I get the UPM update check to work normally? Delete plugin state data in the DB table? Any ideas, anyone?
