Having problems logging onto to Confluence

Checking the details of the site, I can see that your account is active and you are part of the group that allows access to Confluence.
Can you please share with us what error you are facing when you try to login?
Have you tested using another browser or incognito mode?
Can you try to access your account on id.atlassian.com and then go to Confluence?
