Hey community,
for a project we want to create tickets in Confluence in german language which automatically creates a ticket in Jira with the same properties in english. Also it should change the properties itself if a user edit it on Jira or Confluence.
I know that it is possible to use the "Insert Jira"-Makro in Confluence for that but the problem is we are using mandatory fields in our tickets which are not displayed there.. is it possible to customize this?
Would love to hear some suggestions or your best practies to that.
Thank you!
Unfortunately this is not possible, which defeats the whole purpose of creating tickets directly. There is an open requests here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-32906
The only solution would be to remove the mandatory fields from your jira project.
Regards
